First: Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products

• All perfumes, fragrances, and essential oils are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used, for hygiene reasons and to maintain product quality.

• Limited edition or rare items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Second: Acceptable Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect.

• The order received is different from the product ordered.

Third: Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging.

• Clear photos of the product and packaging must be included with your order.

Fourth: Processing Mechanism

• After reviewing the order and confirming that it meets the requirements, we will:

• Replace the product with a similar one (subject to availability), or

• Refund the amount using the same payment method.

• Glint & Oud will not cover shipping costs if the error is due to the customer.

Fifth: Shipping

• If a return or exchange is approved due to an error or damage on our part, Glint & Oud will cover the shipping costs.

• Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
